A comprehensive marketing package featuring professional HDR photography, a twilight edit, a virtually staged edit (if applicable), a 3D Floor Plan and a Virtual Tour to showcase your property from every angle.
A horizontal HD video experience designed to tell the story of the property. Video will be 30-60 seconds long, depending on size of property.
Allow buyers to explore the property at their own pace with an interactive virtual tour that creates an immersive online viewing experience.
An 3D floor plan that provides a realistic perspective of the home's layout, helping buyers better visualize the space and its flow.
Straight answers about shoots, turnaround, and delivery.
We are based in south-central Wisconsin and frequently serve agents in Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson and Rock county. We are happy to travel outside those areas upon request.
Most shoots are delivered the next morning. Rush options are available when you need same-day turnaround for a listing going live.
Clear counters, open blinds, turn on all lights, and tidy outdoor spaces. A quick declutter goes a long way — our photographers handle the rest.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by RO Media Co. (“Photographer”) to the client (“Client”). By booking services, Client agrees to the following:
1. Services
Photographer agrees to provide real estate photography and related media services as selected during the booking process. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior photography
- Drone photography
- Floor plans
- Virtual staging
- Video or other media services
All services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
2. Booking & Payment
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot
- Full payment must be received prior to delivery of final images
- Photographer reserves the right to cancel or withhold delivery if payment is not received
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Photographer’s standard service area.
3. Property Readiness & Access
Client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared and accessible at the scheduled time. This includes:
- Cleaning and staging the property
- Ensuring all lights are operational
- Securing pets and removing personal items
- Providing accurate access instructions
If the property is not ready or accessible, Photographer may proceed with the shoot as-is or reschedule at an additional cost.
4. Delivery
- Final images will be delivered via an online gallery
- Standard turnaround times are communicated at booking
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee
Minor edits may be included. Additional or advanced editing requests may incur extra charges.
5. Licensing & Usage
Photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing the specific property.
Restrictions:
- Images may not be resold, transferred, or reused for future listings without written permission
- Third parties (including builders, stagers, or designers) must obtain separate licensing rights
6. Drone Services
Drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and applicable regulations. Photographer reserves the right to cancel or modify drone services if conditions are unsafe or restricted.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot will receive a $25 refund of the deposit
- Cancellations made within 7 days will result in the $50 deposit being retained
Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Photographer is not responsible for:
- Property condition or staging issues
- Missed shots due to access limitations
- Weather or lighting conditions outside of control
Photographer’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
10. Acceptance
By booking services, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
